What cover is there for loss, theft or damage to baggage?
In the event of loss, theft or damage to baggage, you are covered for up to €3,000 per person, with a limit of €360 per valuable item and a maximum of €720. The excess per case is €30.
What should I do if my baggage or flight is delayed?
If your baggage is delayed for more than 24 hours, you will receive compensation of up to €180 per person. For flight delays of more than 6 hours, compensation is €30 per hour, up to a maximum of €150.
